Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Pixel Deals, made by Two Uncs. By using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Pixel Deals tracks prices for games on your Steam wishlist across Steam, official stores and third-party key sellers, and shows you storewide deals. Prices are pulled from Steam, IsThereAnyDeal and NEXARDA, refreshed regularly, and may be out of date or occasionally wrong — always confirm the price on the store itself before buying.

Key sellers

Key sellers (such as Instant Gaming, Kinguin, G2A, Gamivo, HRK Game and MMOGA) are independent third parties, not operated by Two Uncs. Pixel Deals shows their listed prices and links to them; it does not sell keys itself, does not process payments for them, and is not responsible for the condition of a key, the seller's service, or the outcome of any purchase made there. Use your own judgement about a seller's reputation before buying.

Accounts and Pro

Signing in uses Steam's own sign-in. A 14-day free trial of Pro is available once per Steam account. Pro subscriptions (US$2.99/month or US$17.99/year) are billed and managed through the App Store or Google Play, whichever you subscribed through, and follow their respective refund and cancellation policies.

Acceptable use

Don't use Pixel Deals to abuse, scrape at scale, or attempt to disrupt the service or the third-party APIs it relies on. We may suspend access for accounts that do.

No warranty

Pixel Deals is provided as-is. We work to keep prices accurate and the service available, but we don't guarantee either, and we're not liable for purchase decisions made based on the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
